About Adrian

Adrian Lindsey graduated from Cal Poly in 2017 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology, with minors in Child Development and Women’s & Gender Studies. She previously served as a volunteer coordinator at the Disability Resource Center through AmeriCorps VIP (Volunteer Infrastructure Project), focusing on Notetaking Services and the Connections Social Resource Network. While at the DRC, she discovered how much she enjoys working in higher education, working with students, faculty, and staff to support students so they can thrive not just academically but socially and emotionally as well.

Adrian is thrilled to return to the DRC as a Testing & Alternative Media Coordinator, making sure students have accessible versions of their textbooks and exams. She is passionate about disability rights and inclusion, and is currently learning American Sign Language. In her free time she enjoys cooking, reading, dancing, watching movies at the drive-in, and going to coffee shops. She loves hanging out with her family, friends, and her guinea pigs, Charlie and Frankie.
