About Chris
"I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Music Therapy from the University of Kansas and continued my education by completing an Interpreter Training Program at Cal State Fresno. I came to Cal Poly in 1989 as a sign language interpreter and coordinator of services for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students, then thought I might as well go for my Master's in Counseling and Guidance while I'm here. I love university life.
I also enjoy singing with the Cuesta College Master Chorale, I'm a member of SLO County Access for All, and I try to hike, read, garden and listen to jazz as much as I can. I am married with two lovely grown daughters."
