About Kathy

"I have been working at Cal Poly since 1991 and became a certified sign language interpreter in 1993. My husband and I moved back to San Luis Obispo about 20 years ago and we have 3 grown daughters and are soon to be grandparents! I enjoy hiking, walking, gardening and reading. I am a member of SLO County Access for All and I also do volunteer work with other non-profit organizations.

This past summer we did a memorable hike to Half Dome and although I chickened out climbing the cables of the dome, it was still an incredible hike with amazing views!"
